Enjoy Life® Crunchy Cookies + Giveaway!

My son is just over 18 months and recently, we introduced him to the Cookie Monster. He laughs when he sees him devour cookies and points at the blue fuzzy monster and says “cookie”. It’s so sweet. He’s definitely a fan of oatmeal cookies, especially Nana’s. When I gave him an Enjoy Life® Crunchy Cookie for the first time – I wasn’t sure if he would go for it or not, being accustomed to homemade soft cookies, but after his first bite, there was no hesitation. “Cookie!” I quickly observed he was rather fond of the Vanilla Honey Graham flavor, which are very yummy indeed – although my favorite kind is the chocolate chip.
For store bought cookies, I’m impressed with the ingredients: rice flour, buckwheat flour, millet flour, evaporated cane juice, non-dairy cocoa butter….(read all here) plus, they are allergy friendly: no artificial ingredients, vegan, kosher pareve, gluten-free, and casein-free. Best of all, they are super scrumptious and could turn anyone into a cookie monster. Consider yourself warned 
I’m happy that they carry this line of cookies at the health food store near our house, because for a special treat, they fit the bill. They taste fresh, perfectly crunchy, not overly sweet, and are ideal for dunking in tea or a big glass of coconut milk. Yum!
