Gluten-Free Mushroom Goat’s Cheese Burger
By Emily Smith
Happy Saturday Y’all! It’s a gorgeous, sunny, hot day here and I’m loving it
Mr. Smith, Little A. and I were out and about at the park, walking and garage sale hunting for the last couple of hours. We had so much fun – until we ran out of hydration and needed smoothies and water asap! So we came home and made a delicious mango berry smoothie and drank a ton of water. With the heat and the smell of Summer in the air, I think it’s a great evening for some grillin’. I made this recipe a while a go and posted it on my facebook page, but in case you missed it, I wanted to share it again! Because it’s sooooo delicious.
Hope you’re having an awesome weekend
