Nutty Sorbet with Mango and Flax Seeds

It’s been a busy week and it’s only Wednesday.  Banking, check. Mechanic’s, check. Dentist, check. There’s plenty on the to do list, that’s for sure.  On the bright side, there’s always sorbet. By that I mean sorbet is a good reason to slow down, pause, enjoy and then get back to the schedule.  This recipe is super easy to whip up, it’s totally delicious, plus it’s packed with healthy goodness. As I’m writing this, I want to go blend up some’s that good.

On another note, I’m sure you’ve received a friendly email from me asking for your vote to keep me in the running to be a Top 25 Circle of Moms Foodie.  I want to say THANK YOU so much for all of your thumbs ups each day this month.  Your loyalty and support has not gone unnoticed and I really, really appreciate it.
Dear Readers, if you don’t know what I’m talking about, let me fill you in….
Circle of Moms recognizes the work of moms who blog and right now they are determining 2012’s Top 25 Foodies.  This honor is for mom bloggers who share recipes, cooking ideas, allergy advice….food related goods. The Best of this Life is on the list (currently hovering around #12-13) and I would love, love, love your vote!  As a wife and mom, this blog is made possible with the love and support of my Darling husband and Little A – both of whom make it a joy to bake, cook, and prepare healthy delicious gluten-free meals.
Voting is open until May 29th, 2012. You can vote once a day by clicking the link below, which goes straight to my profile and all you have to do is press the thumbs up button! No registration, just thirty seconds – that mean a lot to me.

Thank you :)
I hope you are having a great week so far – not too busy – and certainly not one that is too busy for sorbet!
