Recently, we’ve been reaching for a bag of Beanfields Crispylicious Nacho Bean & Rice Tortilla Chips served with Avocado Dip. YUM! It is just the thing to replenish the spent energy at the pool and tie us over until dinner time. I also really like Beanfields Naturally Unsalted Bean & Rice Chips for a bite on the go. They are an ideal choice for a non-dairy, corn-free, gluten-free, protein snack! Beanfields chips have 4 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber per one-ounce serving, all of their Crispylicious Corn Free Bean & Rice Tortilla Chips have been verified to be free of any genetically-modified organisms and have received the prestigious Non-GMO Verification awarded by the Non-GMO Project (source). You can order them online here.
I don’t have to tell you just HOW much I love avocados…but here’s a little refresher: I LOVE AVOCADOS. They are super delish in smoothies, on sandwiches, homemade ice cream – and of course guacamole! This smooth avocado dip is essentially a whipped guacamole; it’s really tasty and it complements the bean and rice chips wonderfully. Oh gosh, it’s 8pm and all this talk about chips and dip is tempting me to have a late night snack!!
