I guess it’s been a strawberry sort of week. I’ve been adding them to everything and it just feels right. Maybe I’m craving potassium and magnesium (there is 220 mg of potassium in one cup of strawberries!)… This smoothie is an ideal breakfast – because it’s essentially breakfast in a cup. I like hot oatmeal, but not really during the warmer months, so what I love about this smoothie is that it tastes like oatmeal, but it’s chilled and delicious! Have you created any new smoothies lately? What’s in them? And, if you have a link to your recipe post, please leave it in the comments and I’ll definitely check it out. Happy Saturday!
