Super Smoothies :: Antioxidant Tea Smoothie

By Emily Smith

I can’t believe it’s been two weeks since my last super smoothie post – that just won’t do.  We’re still making lots of them around here (my husband made me a delicious spinach-orange-pineapple one last night for dinner) and I’m still creating new recipes to share with you!  Today’s smoothie happened because I had a bottle of Pomx Pomegranate Blackberry Tea on hand and I thought it might taste mighty good with frozen berries and spinach.  The verdict?  SUPER delicious :)   Enjoy!

What is Pomx Tea?

“POMx Tea is the Antioxidant Super Tea. It’s a refreshing pomegranate tea, made from gently brewed, handpicked tea leaves that are brewed for delicious flavors.”

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Use ice crush method for 30 seconds.
  3. Blend on medium-high for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour in tumblers and enjoy!

Mmm this looks really good, great idea! This weekend I tried a Kombucha tea beverage for the first time, not bad at all, have you ever tried it?
