Summer is here (well nearly), fresh fruit is lining the produce aisle and it’s hammer time smoothie time. I know I’ve written about smoothies before, but I have to share this simple recipe, because it’s sure to make ya’ happy. Today I was feeling decadent and decided to whip up a chocolate, strawberry & raspberry shake….oh my – so delicious! Completely guilt free too, because I used unsweetened chocolate almond milk, which only has 45 calories per serving! Hello!
Chocolate Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie)
3/4 cup unsweetened chocolate almond milk
1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
4-5 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 banana
Scoop of your favorite protein powder
Blend together (add ice if fruit is fresh) and enjoy!
