“Are you still craving cookies?” asks bonappetit.com – Um….yes!! And I’m totally going to make + eat some tomorrow. Then of course Monday, I’ll get back to my healthy eating and workout routine that I’ve been rather diligent about. But seriously, are you still craving sweets now that the holidays are over? My hubby keeps asking me to make sugar cookies and I keep reminding him that sadly it’s no longer Christmas and it’s time to get back to our normal eating habits…. minus a few treats here and there (like the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies I’ll be baking tomorrow).
What I do find kicks the sugar cravings is lots of water, power smoothies and greens!
