Apple Cinnamon Smoothie
Serves 2
2 apples, peeled and chopped (I used macintosh)
12 frozen strawberries
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
2/3 cup strawberry yogurt
1 flat teaspoon of cinnamon
3-5 ice cubes
- Wash, peel and chop apples
- Place all ingredients into blender
- Blend on medium-high for 1-2 minutes
- Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
- Enjoy!

apple and cinnamon just go so well together. I love it with poridge, in a pie, in crumble, smoothie sounds yummy too!
