The cold weather and hot coffees have thrown me off my smoothie game – but I’m ready to jump right back in! I miss my green monsters and berry explosions. I especially find that drinking a super smoothie first thing in the morning keeps me craving healthy foods for the whole day. So, friends – my challenge: 31 days in January, 31 smoothies!
At least one a day – to get more fruits, veggies, and energy pumping through my body!
