Rich, creamy, filling smoothie that is a delicious way to start the day!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 avocado, pitted
  • 3/4 of frozen berries (raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries)
  • 2 cups of coconut milk
  • 4 softened medjool dates
  • 1 teaspoon of raw honey

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve in two medium glasses. Enjoy!
