Bursting with juicy flavour and creamy texture – this smoothie hits the spot.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 pomegranate, washed and seeds removed (gives about a 1/3 cup)
  • 2 cups of fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup of full-fat canned coconut milk (bpa-free)
  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 8 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into high powered blender.
  2. Blend on high or frozen drink until smooth.
  3. Serve in tall glasses and enjoy!
