TREAT YO SELF SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup frozen peaches, 1 scoop vegan pea protein, 1 cup nut mylk, 1/4 cup cold filtered water. Blend until smooth, top with raspberries and chia seeds. Makes 1 serving, enjoy!
BANANA SPLIT SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 cup frozen strawberries, 3 frozen bananas, 1 tsp pure vanilla, 1/2 cup nut mylk. Blend until smooth Top with unsalted peanuts, banana, strawberries, coconut oil cocoa syrup. Makes 2 servings. Enjoy!
MELON BALL GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 cup of kale, 1 cup of frozen green melon, 1/2 nut mylk, 1/4 cup cold water, 1/2 cup frozen mangoes. Blend until smooth. Top with banana slices, mango slices, unsweetened coconut. Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
BERRY SMOOTHIE BOWL
1 cup mix frozen berries, 1 teaspoon vanilla vegan protein, 1/2 cup filtered water. Blend until smooth, top with pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, gluten-free oats and pineapple. Makes 1 serving. Enjoy!
GREEN MORNING SMOOTHIE BOWL
3/4 cup of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 1 cup almond mylk, 6 ice cubes, 1 tsp coconut oil. Blend until smooth. Top with vegan granola. Serves 1, enjoy!
