- 10 frozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cups of almond milk
- 1/2 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- 4–6 ice cubes
- Optional: one scoop of choice protein powder.
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Add extra almond milk if you’d like to adjust the consistency. Serve and enjoy!
Makes 1 extra large smoothie or two regular serving sizes.
