“A Cup of Tea for Tiger and Me“ is an adorable children’s book based on the true story of a little girl and her cat. Amee Livingston is the author and a dear blogging friend (she also writes the well-known food blog Amee’s Savory Dish). She kindly forwarded me a copy for Abigail and Aiden to enjoy. Aiden found the idea of a cat drinking tea quite silly and giggled through the whole book – a sign of a good children’s read. Abigail, being only 4 1/2 months old, was more drawn to the colorful pictures.
The story is sweet and endearing!
It’s playtime as usual when Lauren dresses up for tea, but she’s in for a surprise when a guest joins her party! Come along with Lauren and Tiger for a magical tea time adventure full of imagination and fun. When Tiger makes a mess, does it ruin the party? Or does Lauren realize the importance of love and forgiveness? This story is a fun tale for the animal lover in all of us!
