A healthy and refreshing green juice made with spinach, celery, green apples, lemon, and ginger.
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 5 celery stalks
- 2 green apples, cored
- 1 lemon, peeled
- 2 inch ginger, peeled
- Wash and prepare the vegetables and fruits.
- Using a powerful juicer, begin juicing ingredients one by one.
- Serve and enjoy!
Optional: you can add cold filtered water to your juice for a thinner consistency. Makes 4 small glasses or two tall glasses.
