Ingredients

  • 2 cups of strongly brewed coffee Lavazza Gran Selezione Blend
  • 4 cups of coconut milk ( I used Silk )
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life to make it dairy-free)
  • 1 Tablespoon of pure peppermint extract
  • 3 Tablespoons of raw sugar
  • Extras: Coconut whipping cream, crushed candy canes and chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a Crock Pot, combine coffee, coconut milk, peppermint extract, sugar, and chocolate chips.
  2. Warm up on high for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
  3. Once it’s nice and hot, serve in mugs and top with whipped cream or other garnishes, like marshmallows, shaved chocolate and crushed candy canes.
