Description

Deliciously refreshing, nutrient dense and filling – an ideal lunch on the go or post-workout drink.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup of light canned coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 2 teaspoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • (or just add in some of the flesh of the lime)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
