What better fun on a chilly Saturday than having a pumpkin carving party!
I’ve been pretty excited about carving a jack-o’-lantern…even though I can’t remember if I’ve
ever done it before. Possibly once. But one time does not make one experienced, not in the least.
Thankfully, I had my hubby to help guide me and scoop out all the icky stuff inside the pumpkin!
For our party, we made Sweet Pumpkin Biscuits with Lemon Buttercream Icing and
Spiced Cranberry Lemon Iced Tea – a truly delectable combination.

Always love pumkin posts since we don´t have that tradition here in Sweden (though it´s actually sneaking up on us – who knows in a couple of years). 🙂

Wonderful biscuits. I made banana biscuits some time ago to mixed reviews, but I’m sure everyone loved your pumpkin version. I especially love the photos of your pumpkin carving!
